just take a cloth and put a little bit of water on
wipe the screen in straight lines and quickly dry it off

If the water doesn’t clean it, then you may have to get some of the specialized cleaner for LCD screens. You can usually find these products at an electronics retailer. You will usually get a bottle of cleaner and a microfiber cloth to clean the screen. Whatever you do, do not use any alcohol or ammonia based product to clean the screen, as that can damage the screen.

I think you have some dead pixels on your lcd

Please make sure if this spot is outside of your TV, if so maybe you can clean it.
But If it’s come from the inside, this is call Mura, usually cause by strong physical press against the screen (damage the cell). This one can’t be repaired and need to replace the whole LCD panel.
